Day 1 - Arrival

Day 2 - Kazbegi/Stepanzminda

8:00 a.m. Departure
Tour of Mtskheta, including a visit to the cathedral and a walk, and Jvari Monastery
Ananuri Monastery and Reservoir, with Time for a Swim.
Georgian-Russian Monument
Pansheti Hot Sulfur Pools (with Time for a Dip)
Gergeti Trinity Church (hike, optional Delica vehicle)
Optional visit to Dariali Monastery near the Russian border in the Kazbegi Valley
Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Kazbegi

Day 3 - Kazbegi/Stepanzminda

Morning: Optional visit to Dariali Monastery near the Russian border
Hike in Kazbegi National Park in and around Juta (12 km)
Optional: Sno Cable Car Tour (not included)
Lunch in Pasanauri - the birthplace of khinkali
Overnight stay at a hotel in Tbilisi
Evening sightseeing walk through Tbilisi, followed by wine bar hopping in the city center (not included)

Day 4 - Kakheti (Georgia's wine region)

9:00 a.m. Departure for Kakheti
Visit to the David Garedscha Monastery
A Short Hike Through the Rainbow Mountains
Visit to Vineria Kakheti (Dugladze)
Check-in at Schuchmann Chateau: Wine cellar tour with tasting, Shoti bread baking, Churchkhela making, pool time, a 45-minute massage and a 20-minute red wine bath
Overnight Stay at Schuchmann’s Wein Chateau & Spa

Day 5 - Signaghi/Tbilisi

Trip to the Market in Telawi
Visit to the KTW Winery
Sighnagi
Return Trip and Overnight Stay in Tbilisi
Evening sightseeing walk through Tbilisi, followed by wine bar hopping in the city center (not included)

Day 6 - Borjomi and Rabati

9:00 a.m. Departure for Borjomi
Walk through Borjomi Park and the surrounding mountains, including a stop at the natural spring and, if desired, a swim in the warm sulfur pools
Hike up the mountain and return by cable car
Continue on to Rabati
Overnight stay at the Akhaltzikhe/Rabati Hotel
